Shipping Policy


Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before shipment for all in-stock items. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Times

Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within the U.S. International shipping times may vary.


Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items follow a separate timeline and may take up to 3–4 weeks to ship. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order may ship together unless otherwise noted.


Shipping Delays

Please note that unexpected carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or high-volume periods may affect delivery times. Once a package is transferred to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays or lost packages, but we will do our best to assist if issues arise.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Pre-Order Policy


By placing a pre-order with our store, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below. Pre-orders are advance purchases for products that are not yet in stock. These items are specially produced and require additional time before fulfillment.


Processing & Shipping Time


Pre-order items have an extended processing period. Pre-orders may take up to 3–4 weeks before shipping, and in some cases may require the full time frame. This timeline begins on the date you place your order, not the date the product is finished or restocked.

Please note:

3–4 weeks is the standard and expected fulfillment timeframe.

This is not a guaranteed delivery date; production or supplier delays may extend this period.

Customers should not expect their order to ship earlier than this timeframe.


By completing a pre-order purchase, you confirm that you understand and accept the extended wait time.


Payment Terms


Payment for all pre-order items is taken at the time of purchase to reserve your item(s). Pre-orders cannot be placed without full payment upfront. This policy helps ensure production and inventory allocation.


Cancellations & Changes


All pre-order sales are final. Due to the made-to-order or reserved nature of these items:

Pre-order cancellations are not permitted once the order is placed.

Changes to size, color, or item selection cannot be guaranteed after checkout.


Please double-check your order details before purchasing.


Returns & Refunds


Pre-order items are made specifically for each customer. As a result:

Pre-order items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If there is an issue with your item upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.


Chargebacks & Disputes


Because the extended shipping time is clearly disclosed and agreed to at checkout:

Filing a chargeback due to the pre-order timeline, production time, or waiting period is considered a misuse of the chargeback process.

We provide proof of disclosure, order confirmation, and customer agreement to the terms if a dispute is filed.


Customers must read and understand this policy before placing their order. By completing your purchase, you legally acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted these terms.
