Refund policy

NO RETURNS / NO REFUNDS POLICY 

All sales are FINAL.


Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and quality-control reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:


  • Incorrect sizing or fit
  • Change of mind
  • Customer preference
  • Wear, stretching, staining, or damage after delivery




Sizing Responsibility



It is the customer’s responsibility to review the size chart and product descriptions carefully before placing an order. We are not responsible for sizing issues once an order has been processed and delivered.



Condition of Items



Once items have been worn, tried on, washed, or removed from their original condition, they are no longer eligible for return or refund.



Damaged or Incorrect Orders



In the rare event that you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect upon arrival, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo and video evidence. Each case will be reviewed individually.

Approved claims may result in a replacement only—refunds will not be issued.



Chargebacks & Payment Disputes



By completing a purchase, you agree to this policy. Any chargebacks or disputes filed in violation of this policy will be contested with proof of delivery and policy acceptance.



Policy Acceptance



By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this No Return / No Refund Policy.
